I wonder why there's a lot of NPCs trading food & drinks and general consumables
that mostly never refresh their supplies while I'd really enjoy paying them a visit
once in a while. Even that guy in the Co-Op... He's probably the less visited trader in all the Mojave, I bet.
Since there are a few ingredients that are available in-game only in finite or almost finite
quantities, such as gum drops, fresh apples and pears, yeast, flour, those forgotten
traders would be the ideal candidates for selling, once in a long while, such rarities.

I like all the fancy recipes and I do like to stop at a campfire when night falls
just to prepare some dinner and have some rest. It's just a pity there's no reliable
source for some ingredients.
