Upon completing the first part of "Still In The Dark"(taking care of Ranger Dobson) in favor of the BoS, upon entering the hidden valley bunker L1, the door is locked. And stays locked. Forever. Even after talking to Elder McNamara, Head Paladin Hardin, Paladin Ramos, Knight Torres, Head Scribe Taggert, Watson, etc. I haven't yet just started blasting away at the BoS just in case they have the key to the door of their own bunker, cause I kinda don't want to destroy them just yet.

This happens no matter how you deal with the ranger- smashing his radio, killing him, or convincing him that Powder Gangers haunt the area results in the same effect.

The only way I've found to avoid this is to tell Ranger Dobson about the BoS, and thus fail Still In The Dark. I guess you might avoid it by going there with Veronica, but I don't have a save from that far back to test.
