Yes its one of these threads, I rather enjoy them because most of you have some pretty interesting stuff so when I have some money to blow I know what to spend it on.

So show off the room you play games in.Your PC's, consoles,TVs, collectibles, posters, etc.

Sorry for the poor quality on some, bad lighting and an iPhone camera.

Always interesting having a nose at other people's lairs - some cool stuff there!

I'm thinking of getting a folding sun lounger for my PC chair. The straight backed dining chair that I stole from the kitchen is doing my back in.

My parents bought two from a hardware shop, they're dead comfy and I want one.

That's a mighty fine collection of swords you have there. Judging by the hilts: two longswords, a claymore, a sabre, and what appears to be a katana in the very bottom right corner? And another longsword in your first picture too... You a collector or a re-enactor? :)

There's a better picture http://vometia.com/images/armoury/swordgroup1.jpg! They are (back row) custom-made Glamdring; fake Royal Artillery sabre (not a bad replica, but still fake); Albion Gallowglass. Front row: Albion Chevalier; Albion Kingmaker; Armour Class Mediaeval; Armour Class Gilling Sword; Albion Valkyrja. There's also an Albion Arn's Sword lying around somewhere and a Paul Chen Orchid katana.

I was quite pleased with my collection until another online friend sent a photo of her "sword room" which has over 100 examples, all of which are pretty serious collector's items. I think at that point I just cried myself to sleep!

I'm a collector rather than a reenactor. The chap who made most of the scabbards for me says he meets reenactors on a regular basis due to his line of work and they have rather fewer than 10 fingers on average. :o

Printer got changed out since this was taken, but essentialy, this is where I spend most of my time (life) when not at work.

By the way, for all you guys who have been thinking and thinking of putting your own together, do it! There is NOTHING more satisfying then when you first hit the power switch and smoke does NOT leak out the back of the case. :icecream:

BTW (again) yes, that IS a cassette player in the top slot. I am converting a pile of cassettes to MP3's.

I had to clean my desk up a bit before taking these :P. Please excuse the quality, I have a digital camera and no clue how to take good pictures with it.

They range in price from about £200 to approx. £1,000 (most of them closer to the latter). Which is why my collection is rather modest at best!

I don't really have a gaming room, it's just my bedroom:

My desk: http://i728.photobucket.com/albums/ww283/xuerebx/IMAG0038.jpg
More of the desk: http://i728.photobucket.com/albums/ww283/xuerebx/IMAG0039.jpg
The only games I own: http://i728.photobucket.com/albums/ww283/xuerebx/IMAG0040.jpg
Computer is on the right, view as you enter the room: http://i728.photobucket.com/albums/ww283/xuerebx/IMAG0041.jpg

Blame the quality on my 5mp mobile camera.

This camera is crazy: http://i728.photobucket.com/albums/ww283/xuerebx/IMAG0042.jpg This one came clear.

Madness, everyone has such neat and tidy desk tops! That's not what a http://i51.tinypic.com/2r27nro.jpg looks like... Yeah, I got everything just where I want it.

Most impressive, and very beautiful specimens indeed! (I think I'd have to pick the viking swords as my particular favorites.) Anyone with a sword stand instead of one for umbrellas is certainly awesome in my book. :D

I was a re-enactor for a while, but other than a few bruised knuckles I never seriously damaged my fingers. Don't they at least wear mail gauntlets, if not plate? And the blades are dulled, of course... I guess it depends on how intense the mock battles get, and if they even are "mock" battles at that point. :P

We've got two setups for the xbox 360s, can't game a ton on the PC because all we have is my laptop, which is good but not the best.
