As the title says both Ranger Andy and Clif Briscoe's bungalows are missing save for their doors and a small snippet of wall. In addition half of the Dino De Lite motel is experiencing the same problem. The doors are still visible but the structure itself is gone. So are the second set of stairs (the ones leading to Daisy Whitman's room). I dont use the Novac Home that often but this is a pretty big bug that I got from the newest patch.
