Sounds like you'd be able to run L4D2 just fine on high settings; that game has a fairly low system requirement to start with.

What processor speed are you getting, though? That's one of the most important details with some newer games like The Witcher 2. Otherwise it looks good.

How much does it cost?

That processor is not bad, but it uses an old socket type so it's limited in upgrading; and that graphics card is kinda weak.

Acer laptops are horridly faulty. They're not known for high quality merchandise. They also have [censored] QA.

Also better than mine, although I don't have that many newer games to compare preformance. I can play Crysis, Flight Sim X and any Source game (including L4D2) at max settings at 1366 x 768 with 4x AA.

How much are they charging you for it? If it were me I would avoid buying it because of the non sandy-bridge processor.

I also feel obligated to tell you that you will get a better deal and better quality components by building it yourself.

I don't know whether the GFX is good enough for Skyrim. Some people will tell you it's a godlike GFX while others who know a little more will say that it's kinda old. If Skyrim will be a ugly port then it might be enough.
However personally I wouldn't recommend buying this specific GFX right now. I bought it last year and buying it now just seems kinda old. There is a very cheap GFX, the 560Ti, which is extremely good and extremely cheap. Try to get this one.
