We've all seen our fair share of commercials, but what are those that really stick it to you, really make you gnash your teeth or just laugh until your lungs pop at how horrendously bad they are?

My local favorite, courtesy of Rodeo Ford, is the much maligned, at least to my family and others in the area, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3IiiL8QjNTE. The horrible little man's face as he attempts to utter the English words for "MY GOSH THATS TOO CHEAP" is truly frightening. The bombardment of TRUCKS TRUCKS TRUCKS TRUCKS serves to remind us that this is indeed a truck commercial, and not a trailer for a horror film. As if they did not have a low enough budget, we are greeting with the horrible little man swinging a laser lasso around as the almost eldritch commercial ends. This commercial was so terrible, and aired often enough, that it became a sort of meme within our family, with everyone exclaiming "TRUCKS TRUCKS TRUCKS" when it came on.

He seemed half texan and half leprechaun.

Most the Dairy Queen commercials are terribly hilarious...all using the Old Spice formula

All of the Aflack commercials, especially when Gilbert Godrey voiced the duck. God, they need to use his voice as a riot control agent.

Beezid.com commercials. It's an auction site where you can supposedly get a PS3 for $3.49 and a brand new Dodge Charger for $759.

I'm tempted to go there, but I can say with 99% confidence that it's an identity theft-fest.

i looked it up, you have to buy bid points, which are like 7 cents a bid, meanwhile they have tons of bots bidding for items every second our two, so they end up buying back there own item, while it is possible to get a very expensive item for an insanely low price, its like gambling.

so its like not a total scam, there not stealing your identity, but its a scam none the less.

I don't know if this commercial aired anywhere but my state (Ohio), but there was an ad for one of those companies that buy your "unwanted" gold a while back (you know, "Send us your gold and we'll send you its value in the mail! You can trust us! Really! trollface.jpg" It was pretty standard fare for an ad like that, except for the way it tried to get your attention. Whenever the ad came on, it would play a sound that imitated a http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/1/14/Same.ogg from an Emergency Alert System broadcast.

There's no way that ad should have been legal, and there's no way that company should have been able to get away with that as long as they did, it was a month before they stopped airing it.


Oh and this. I actually had to look up what Head On was supposed to do because none of the commercials [censored] explained what applying HeadOn directly to the forehead was supposed to achieve (it's a homeopathic headache medicine). Most unintentionally funny commercials ever.
