Hey guys!

Need a little help from the community!

Recently I purchased BRINK: Special Edition from GAME in the UK. When I got home to install it all, everything was fine, then once it was installed tried adding the 'Free' skin packs. Then found that one of the codes were missing! Well Physically the card is there, but where the Code should be is blank.

I took it back to Game and they told me to contact Bethesda due to them not having any spare codes or any more copies of the Special Edition.
After trying 3 times with emailing Support for missing Pre-Order codes and even trying to contact Via Twitter I've not received any response whatsoever!

Getting quite annoyed really... It's been 3 Weeks, I sent a claim to several Support links, but nothing.

It's not that the games unplayable or anything, but it cost a little more for this version and doesn't have all the goods.

Does anyone have any ideas?

If you payed more for the bonuses and didn't get them, you should have gotten your money back or at least whatever the difference was.
