I thought I herd if you buy RAGE for the computer you get the editor. Is this something for PC only? Just a quistion I'm sure I know the answer too.

Yes, with the PC version you get access to the editor and mods which allow you to change the game with new weapons, locations, vehicles, missions ect.

This is not available to consoles.

Cowlick is correct. On a related note since console ppl always ask if they get mod tools, are there any console games that have modding capabilities besides save file editing?
