Xbox Live recently had a system update meaning that it's actually ALL Microsofts fault for the delay on the Brink DLC. XBLIVE DLC does not come out during system updates.

Spending a month in certification solidifies Brink as being the most special GOTY ever. Modern Borefare can't top that! OMG... wait, what if it makes it to 2 months in certification? It will be Brink 2. YESSSS!!!!!! Waiting for this Free for only 2 weeks DLC is the best part. It's like foreplay.

Just to make things more exciting for me, when the DLC finally comes out next week... I'm going to wait the WHOLE 2 weeks and until the very last minute to download it. It will make it that much sweeter.

Who ever's fault it is SD/Bethesda need to hurry up and get it done. Its their DLC there is obviously some reason it hasnt and has taken so long to pass certification, other games have had DLC out as usual and no problems. They also need to start thinking about the community of the game and try and stop it to dwindle even more before we get the DLC so we still have people to play with.
I m actually playing a bit of Alien vs Predator on the PS3 atm and there is litrelly less than 40 ppl playing it on the PS3 and I still get in full matches 10x easier than on Brink...Server lists are what some games need. That is another huge thing they have to sort out to get people playing it

Our strong community of 935 & 1/2 PC gamers and 13 Xbox 360 & PS3 inferior hardware gamers are more than enough to keep things going DLC or not!!!! Why don't you just be patient and look at the awesome loading screen worth poetry provided by this forum. By the time Battlefield 3 comes out, Agents of Change DLC will be proving you don't need Frosbite 2 and it's stupid graphics when you've got S.M.A.R.T.

Lol I dont no where the sarcasm begins and ends XD Although I will say steam has less than 200 players on brink for most of the day.. although recent its gone up slightly probably due to the people expecting there to be DLC out lol
