I have my xbox live account linked to my WIndows phone and today I went to update a game and it told me to create a profile. I already have a profile named Radont and I have about 5500 MS Points along with a few downloaded games. Now whenever I sign into xbox live using my email address that I have always used I am named Player379771154 and I can't find my Radont profile anywhere. My achievements are gone, my MS points are gone, and my games are gone. Has anyione ever had this happen before
