I've been searching through many many topics over on the Splash Damage forums and decided to post my finding over here. Despite this being the official forum, the SD ones seem to get all the updates. Heck even some of the SD people post in the forum topics a lot, which I never see them doing over here.Through various posts from SD employees I have learned that the certification process or SD have found several bugs in thier DLC that have prevented it from being released. Also it's been posted that there is a time frame after the DLC has been certified and the time it's actually released. They said it is during this time that they will make an announcement saying the exact date of release, that it won't just appear on the marketplace without warning.

So there ya go, most of the various replies to threads I found occured within the past 5 days. I'm on a Wii so it's difficult to post every single link to every 2 or 3 sentence reply from SD so I suggest heading over to the SD forums and searching through the newer topics. Badman the SD community manager and Exedore the Lead Game Designer actually reply quite a bit to all the threads, unlike our forum which apparently SD doesn't consider the official forum

So apparently there will be an announcement when it's finally approved, so you don't have to keep checking the marketplace constantly every week looking for the DLC, getting your hopes up only to be dissappointed.
