Propser, Ianol, but
They can not legally comment on your unsoliciated art. It is most likely not only a company policy but strongly advised that they don't.
I know from being in the Entertainment and Game Hobby Industrys that you don't do that. Especially if you are responding with or as an official of a company that uses graphic art.
Secondly, and probably most importantly, gamesas has not asked for public art or the public to produce art for them to look at. Your interpertation of the reason for the Concept Art forum section is slightly mis-founded.
At no time has gamesas, Chris (forum person and developer), or any those that have produced the art shown in that forum section, soliciated or asked for other individuals art.
Legally, if they did, they could be held very liable.
Also, when you post to most forums (this one included) have a Terms of Use policy (usually linked at the bottom of the page), and in there it explains about how your posts (and attachments) are considered as who's property, etc.
Have you read that Terms of Use Policy of gamesas? Especially section 6 paragraph 2.
I am not trying to put you down nor stifle your desire to be creative, but honestly, you are assuming way too much in your opinion of what is or is not happening in the art section of these forums (and with gamesas).
Please note: I AM NOT an Official rep of gamesas nor a spokesman of them. I am only stating my opinion based off of actual experience in dealing with creative licenses, IP ownership, and Entertainment Industry as a Licensee of said companies.
Legally, it is company advised that it is better to say nothing and annoy potential customers than say anything and have legal issues.
Hope this helps clarify potential reasons as to why no one from gamesas has even commented let alone responded to any of your posts.
