What happened to Brink

Remember when BRINK game play was first released, and it was freaking incredible? THAT'S what splash damage can do, not this. the problem was that Bethesda wanted to focus on skyrim more, so they cut funding for brink when they realized that SD was svcking huge amounts of money from their jealous bank accounts. it left SD with no money to continue with the incredible level of quality, and had to revert what they had already done so that it was consistent with the rest of the crap they were forced to shove out. saying that, i want to support SD, but i almost scream at my TV screen when i pop in brink and realize what it really became.

Welcome back Pie. The theory seems plausible but why would Bethesda hurt there name and their company profits?

SD made Brink years ago, was meant to be released in 2009/10 and was basicly and looked [form the videos] finished and amazing. But then they decided to change the game to look cartoony like it is now, so had to redovelop it and change it, with Bethesda already funding them for years and already fiunding to make a whole game in the first place they obviously just having to keep funding SD to finish brink as it is now. But it obviousaly got to a point where SD were just draining Bethesdas money taking too long and Bethesda had to put a stop to it and get it out in fear of losing money or too much money on it. Leaving Brink to be sold unfinished and with problems.

The heads at Bethesda seriously need to look at the titles they are releasing. They get a lot of support and goodwill from the community but that will disappear quickly if they continue to release sub par games. Imagine the howls of laughter and derision their last 3 titles would have gotten if Activision or E.A had released them. Anyway, I really hope Skyrim is amazing because right now it seems all their credibility rests on that.
