Admins: These people act as a House of Lords to the decision making process; they are able to veto decisions that they would consider detrimental or negative to the health of the server, however most decisions made by the Council will be passed. Council: Decision making representatives of the player-base. These members are put forward by the players to represent them, but the final decision on appointment falls on the Admins and existing council members. Except in extreme conditions, the decision of this group will determine any changes to the server

The council is defunct for now as it is inactive. I will make decisions based on what the community desires and by what we really need. If the players still want a council then an election poll should be made over at the new forum.





These are the battle rules as per Undone's request:

1. Fort attacks may only occur when a member is online, active and *in* the fort. If members are online and active, but not in the fort, a 5 minute warning must be given before attacking. You may only attack a fort with a maximum of one more person than the number of defenders currently online.

2. Looting is allowed. However don't be a dike about it. At least 1/4 of any valuable items must be left behind.

3. Cannons are fair game. However dont purposely wreck a building with them. Making a hole with is ok. TNT may not simply be placed against a wall, but may be used in tunnels.

4. No attacking neutral members.

5. No fighting in neutral areas.

6. After the defeat of the defenders, the attacker must hold the fort for 15 minutes without leaving to claim it for their faction. If the two factions are still fighting over the fort once the 15 minutes are up, the fort remains in the defendant's hands until killed. If all defendants go offline and the 15 minutes passes, the attackers gain the fort.

7. No disconnecting to reset myspawn timer.

8. No destroying of captured forts unless the previous owner no longer wants it.

1.8 Update notice: We will be getting a new map for 1.8. So we can start fresh with all of the new systems that will be in place.

All configs have been fixed and Permissions is running correctly. If you notice any problems with using commands, please report them. The only problems I can think of that might arise would have to do with LocalShops as I have not entered the LS commands into the Permissions configs. That shouldn't be a problem as it would just default all admin commands to Ops anyway but if the LS commands do not work for you please let me know. FIXED
