Transferring Games.

If I bought a game on PS3 is it possible to download it on Steam without having to buy it again?

It's two different systems, hence if you want it on both, you have to buy on both.

If you're talking about PS3 games which use Steam, maybe. Apparently you http://www.joystiq.com/2011/04/13/portal-2-for-ps3-steam-details-steam-cloud-steam-play-steam-y/ as long as you haven't lost the the code that was in the box.
