I'll go straight to the point. How can this forum work properly if the only admin/moderator that appears to ever visit it is Chris, and as we know he already has his hands full with other work. Frankly, I visit this place only to read Fallout Online section, and what I see there is just too sad to describe. And I'm sure I don't even have to because what's going on there is clearly visible.

I understand that for certain reasons IPLY won't hire new people just to moderate their forums, but isn't the solution rather quite simple? Why not give limited moderator rights to some users? Judging by their time spent on the forum and of course, mainly on content and quality of their posts and topics. I'm pretty sure you'll find some people like that willing to volunteer.
