I have been playing the Fallout series games for a number of years now, starting with Fallout 3, now Fallout: New vegas, then reverting back into Fallout 1 and 2. I am 15 years of age. Legally I couldn't buy Fallout 3 or New Vegas, so I got someone to do it for me. I am proud to say I am a dedicated fan of the series, complete with my own New California Republic shirt (hand made) and a Nuka-Cola bottle cap necklace.

I enjoy the rich storylines and political undertones of the Fallout series. I love the post-apocalyptia that the Lone Wanderer, the Courier, and the Warrior call home. I love the idea of a multi-million dollar corporation supposedly "saving" people from the wastes, while secretely performing experiments on them without their knowing (which I find to be a HUGE metaphor for something else in fact). And I love walking the wastes, online to be killed by a deathclaw in two swipes of its claws.

I was wondering: Will Project V13 (a.k.a. Fallout Online) have an age requirement? And if so, will there be any way that a dedicated teenager like myself can get around this requirement, and become yet another Scourge of the Wastes? Yeah...I am sure it will have an age requirement. So do what I use to do, if you aren't comfortable have a parent or friend create an account for you and purchase the game. Or, lie. Seems to work to. Cannibal in training

although I hope this game has the gore and cruelty need to put an age requirement on it, i don't think there will be, or it will be "teen". if they put an age requirement it would just lower their available income.

Age Requirement will most likey be 12 + / teen or 18.

buttons to turn on gore and to not filter bad words could be adapted in the menu system, or if a parent is paying for the game could be the bill payers option only just to keep people happy.
