I honestly have no idea how we can really help except that you should definitely get some support from someone who understands your fear and is better able to help you than we are.
Get someone to take you to the hospital, cause if you think something's wrong it probably is. I remember when I broke my hand, I spent half the day pretending it wasn't even though I knew it was. It wasn't fun.
Also, this thread reminds me of a (darkly) funny quote from Warren Zevon, who ended up getting lung cancer, on his fear of doctors: "I might have made a tactical error not going to a physician for 20 years. It was one of those phobias that didn't pay off."
