from watching the intro for beta registration and looking at how the hand looked i am pretty sure Project V13 will be using Unity.

gamesas are working with Masthead studios to make this game, they have been given the chance to use the earthrise engine.

//@ the video, ugh turn the sound off -.-' When I don't like some elements in earthrise I do think the graphics look good and would fit the fallout mmo, like the ruined city at the end, hope gamesas makes a good game
