For some reason, I can't download the agents of change DLC on the 360.
I start the game, chose my character, select Downloadable Content, and after selecting the DLC, it says downloading ... 0%. I exit out of that menu and go to active downloads, which doesn't show any. I go back to the agents of change DLC, and it tells me I've already downloaded it. But can't use it, and nothing shows up. When I checked my memory, it says, "Title Content Progress cache." What the heck is that supposed to mean?

How am I supposed to use the DLC, let alone get it to show up?

i downloaded it, and then left that screen and it stopped downloading. then i went back, redownloaded it and stayed on the download page till it was done.
