I am having trouble installing the free DLC, I have downloaded the 495mb file 3 times from the Playstation store and tried to install but it gets to 14% before I get the message 'An error occured during the install operation. (80029563)' Anybody know what the problem is?

There was a thread on this issue the day the DLC came out. Multiple people, myself included ran into this issue. While I cannot promise it will work for you, it worked for me and my advice helped another user as well.

1) Delete the DLC from your hard drive if you haven't already
2) Go to the store and download it
3) DO NOT select download in background. Let it download normally.
4) When it has finished downloading it should install automatically to 100% and you should be good to go.

I don't know why it screws up when being downloaded in the background but downloading it normally did the trick for me. Afterwards it didn't get hung up at 14% or throw an error. Good luck!
