Hi there.

I was just looking at the Rage enemy video and hearing about the clan and race you can find in the game I though it will be good idea to throw some ideas that might interest developer for any future patches .

I thought about one cool race called The "The Pluggers":

Another mystery from the waste: A type of mutant that possess shapeless fragile body shape and have only one idea in their mind: get themselves a fresh new body!

Since the pluggers are born with a very fragile body, any hit they take (including falling from certain height) will have them loose a limb until they their head falls off and thats them done.
But as soon as they start loosing limbs in a place where other enemies lies dead on the floor not far from them, they will immediately run for the dead body, ripp off any of the limbs they need and "Plug them in"to replace their own. thats makes them one of most unpredictable enemy as you'll never know what you will be fighting against. of course their advanced DNA modification is able to absorb some the skills from each race they are made off.

Programmers could implement a Random body generator with a list of all the limbs from other enemies available in the game to create existing "Pluggers" through out the game.
I think it would also make for a very cool enemy to fight as none of them would be the same.
