Might I ask of the devs? : Fallout: New Vegas

Well I might ask the devs to make a update that opens up some of the boarded up building's? Idk, just seems like there was a lot of wasted potential in a lot of the houses and buildings that are all boarded up. Not trying to make ya mad, but it just feels like once I get into the northern part of the game it stops being as fun as the southern part. Seems like there is just more stuff to explore down south(though would still love to see those buildings that are boarded up opened as well) that is kinda worth it than the northern half of the game.

Why exactly? There's nothing inside of them except paperweights and finance clipboards. Unless you're asking for them to open up those buildings with stories, quests, enemies, and other fun things then I have one emoticon you: :lmao: .

that would be cool but only if there were interesting things inside the building like loot or terminals containing old world secrets. otherwise we'd just have pointless empty buildings.

That should have been something to do before it was released. Patches are meant to fix game play problems, so I doubt they would ever do something like this. Nice thought though.

I'm talking about the updates being more like free micro dlc's. Though asking for something so small to be free is asking a lot these days

There are some fair mods in New Vegas Nexus that open up a few of the boarded up buildings. I don't know if they really work to open up the buildings, I haven't tried.

There are two things. 1. It actually works and lets you explore previously closed off buildings and 2. It only removes the boards on the boarded up buildings, but doesn't let you explore it.

I would put my money on number 2, seems like too big of a mod to do number 1. Literally half of the buildings in the game are sealed off.

I could not agree more, and it is obvious that they will not do any of this stuff or it is very unlikely, because as someone said earlier patch's add very little to the game itself, there more for fixing bugs and what not. But if they were to add more content to the game I don't think anyone would argue, but its just not going to happen. Unless for some odd reason they keep making DLCs after LR.
