Well, I know that this is a long shot but its worth asking. I use Nvidia 3d Vision. All and all this game looks amazing with it too but the one thing that doesn't work properly is the crosshair. There are quite a few titles like Borderlands where the crosshair works fine. I know that some patches are still incoming for New Vegas so I figured that I would ask about this.

This patch was released today and, among many other things, corrects the cross hair problem - http://www.ravenmodding.terminal47.net/?gtlang=en . (There was also a new nVidia driver update released recently.)
