I have a cockroach problem. Cockroaches, you know, the things that run around, make you crap your pants when they run away suddenly, and then they die [censored] EVERYWHERE. Then, they get left in your bathroom for three months.

Anyway, the problem is, I'm afraid of the little buggers. I can't stand them. When they're dead, it's not as bad, but still pretty bad. Anyway, one is trapped in my room, and I have no idea how to deal with the stupid thing. Any tips on combating this one? Seems like a typical American/German cockroach.
