I saw on the gamesas "in development" page that fool will be released in 2012-is that true? that seems very early (i'm not complaining)

Tha game has been in development since April 2009, it was annouced 2010, it was legally contested in 2011 and pending what the result of the legal disputes in mid-December, it will be released Q3-Q4 2012 with beta starting in Q1-Q2. Im assuming in early 2012 they'll build up to E3, showcase itself and then it will release either of August of later of 2012.
