My message to the team:

I'm just wondering, why isn't Descent for the WiiWare out
yet? Can we expect it sometime soon, from September to October maybe?

Their message back:

Thank you for reaching out to us regarding Descent for Wii. The team is
still working on getting the game ready for release. We hope it will be
finished soon and that there will be an official update in the near future.

The game is already playing really well and the Wii controls work great!!

You can tell that its near completion, getting the game ready for release means fixing up most bugs. This means that each of their members is playing through the game, reporting bugs and fixing them. My guess, they've played through more than fifty times now.

They never gave a date in their response, and "getting the game ready for release" simply means they're still developing it (umbrella term) with no indication of what stage of development it's in.
