I read somewhere that one cigar was equal to 20 cigs.

I don't think one cigar every month is going to do much damage. You'll get gum/mouth cancer instead of screwing with your lungs if you smoke cigars instead of cigarettes, but I really don't think one cigar a month is anything to worry about.

That's like eating a one pound cheeseburger every month. It's not going to kill you.

Well of course, none is even better than only once a month, but in extreme moderation like that it shouldn't do any real damage.

Since you're not supposed to inhale the smoke into your lungs with cigars, I actually think cigarettes are worse for you.

Ya it is, but since you aren't smoking a lot, then you are fine. I do the same thing! it is considered a treat for me when I do something good.

All tobacco gives you a higher chance of cancer, heart disease, etc. I wouldn't assume you're safe with a cigar instead of a cigarette.

That to me is a lie. You still get a little smoke in your lungs when enjoying a cigar. Just a little, because you are still breathing in somewhat.

Even still, a little isn't anything, especially if it's only one cigar a month. You probably breath in more harmful toxins on a day to day basis.

One cigar per month is insignificant, continue doing so if you look forward to it.

Enjoying an occasional gentleman's smoke like that is fine. It's obviously not healthy, but better than cigarettes.

Everything can kill, stop using everything. Not using anything might also kill you. Paradox.

Anyways, if you do it every month, then it's like you'd drink yourself wasted every month, if you are to believe that the cigars are really that bad compared to the smaller ones. It's still a regular pattern.

that's the way to do it. I haven't done the irish whiskey seeing as I'm trying not to drink until I am of age, but it sounds like one of the best things to do to relax. Especially the smooth jazz.
