What shops are offering the free upgrade to Anarchy Edition, if I pre-order it? I pre-ordered it already at the on-line shop zavvi (belongs to TheHut) and am wondering if I get the free upgrade there as well. The shop itself does seem to have the normal RAGE game only.
Hopefully I can get an answer here as Bethesda (zenimax or how the support is called) happily ignores my 4 sent emails.

Then I will probably pre-order it at amazon.co.uk and cancel the order at zavvi, even though amazon is 1 GBP more expensive and I have to pay a transport fee (though on the other hand it should only be some EUR more expensive, if I calculated it correct).
