Cure for burns

Post » Fri Sep 02, 2011 8:50 pm

Since the highest voltage on the output side of the power supply is only 12 VDC, I can't imagine it doing any more than making the hair stand up on your arm...

If it did go as far as to leave a burn on your finger, it's hardly something to see a MD, or seek medical care over.
Just buck it up for a day or two, or if you really think you need it, some burn cream or the juice from an aloe vera cactus will help.

i was just as confused! It has NEVER happened before

.. and speaking of help with injuries, I just tried to surgically remove a finger tip with the rim of a dog food can. Any suggestions?

Only one. Do you have a tire iron, a bicycle pump, two pounds of marijuana, and a hyacinth macaw?

Give the macaw the weed. It will level up three times, and evolve into Spearow. You have to use the tire iron to beat it into submission, then the bicycle pump to make it explode.

Then you harvest the bones, and make a splint for your finger.

Oh, I forgot to mention, I used about half the weed I told you to get.

That was a work of genius! I mean from a first aid perspective, of course.

Only problem is that my finger is sliced open, not broken, but what the hell.. I've already sacrificed the bird.

huh, i just got burned on my legs by the sun a month ago...and i mean burned with blisters and angry purplish skin tones....i just put aloe and lotion on it till i could effectivly move the skin/joint and now i only have dark pink skin on my knees and legs!! so just use aloe and chize, and since its small probably a bandaid to keep it from getting infected. also would have to say putting on anti bacterial stuff on your burn would probably help

First degree burns that are several days old? Neosporin and a non-stick bandage over the broken blisters.

Second or third degree is more serious, that requires seeing a doctor. Who will probably prescribe silvadene burn cream, which contains moisturizers and silver nitrate. Silver nitrate is toxic and should not be ingested. but does a wonderful job of inhibiting bacterial growth. Burns are extremely susceptible to infection.
