Games like TES

What games are like The Elder Scrolls? I'm looking for fully open world games, and it can't be one of the following (rarer the game, the better):

Two Worlds
The Witcher
Gothic (and all Pirahna Bytes games e.g. Risen)
Divinity
Dragon Age
Baldur's Gate (or any game like Baldur's Gate)
Fallout (or any other non-fantasy/medieval setting)
Planescape Torment (or anything like it: e.g. Arcanum: Magic and Obscura)
Never Winter Nights
Any Other Bethesda Game, e.g. Hunted The Demon's Forge.

Really? I don't think it is. I can name a few right now that I excluded from the list: Venetica, World of Warcraft, Everquest, Lord of the Rings WiTN (coming soon).

I only didn't include it to see if anyone is a hardcoe RPG addict like myself, obviously I do know a lot of games out there but some slip past my radar (like Venetica initially did).

By "no other setting" like I said next to Fallout, I meant specifically, no futurisitc weaponry.

Mount & Blade isn't really specifically like The Elder Scrolls but that's the type of game I like/am looking for. Fact is though if it's been on the front page of Steam at any point, I've got it. :( I don't mind if the game is old, but if it's 3D/2.5D and truly open world then that'd be awesome.

If you don't mind going to far back and you have already in Baldur's Gate, because it is from the same time frame.. lol

But http://www.fileplanet.com/44610/0/section/Pool-of-Radiance:-Ruins-of-Myth-Drannor, is still a fun game to play.

And you can still buy it on http://www.amazon.com/Pool-Radiance-Ruins-Myth-Drannor-Pc/dp/B00004Y7SZ,

The Gothic series is fairly open-world, and definitely worth a play
