Out of the two I have played, Dead Money is the best.

Depends on what you want.

So far we have:
1) Dead Money- A creative DLC taking place at a casino with many new gameplay aspects, some advanced technology, and a good, long story (even if its linear).

2) Honest Hearts- A good DLC taking place in Zion Canyon, Utah with a few new weapons (however most are un-advanced like tomahawks), a good but short story, and a legendary character in the base game (Joshua Graham, the Burned Man).

3) Old World Blues- A wacky, fun DLC taking place in a giant research center with a lot of advanced technology, funny dialogue, and a good, long story (and its open).

But we're going to be getting three more DLCs soon, Lonesome Road (it references Dead Money and Old World Blues a lot so you should get one of those before this one), Gun Runner's Arsenal (adds a bunch of weapons to the game), and the Courier's Stash (adds all of the Pre-Order items to the game).

You pick, I'd personally chose Dead Money or Old World Blues.

Dead Money or Old World Blues. I have feeling Lonesome Road will probably be the best Fallout DLC of them all, so you might want to wait two weeks and get that.

Old World Blues or Honest Hearts. Dead Money is at the bottom of the list for me.

Oh, by the way. I've heard that Old world blues is unplayable on the PS3? I switched from 360 to PS3 a while ago and I heard this mentioned somewhere here.

Unplayable? No. Laggy? Yes.

On Topic: I like all of the DLC's equally, it's hard for me to choose a favorite. It depends on your preference OP.

For me, Old World Blues was #1( lost of new toys to play with)
Followed up by Dead Money (and if you know how, you will never need money again after it.)
And least favourite was the experience point soaked Honest hearts (way too many experience points.)

Dead Money for the atmosphere, OWB for the humor.

Honest hearts I really don't know, the story of the survivalist is great. Everything else, meh.
