Unoffical DIABLO 3 THREAD : Othor Games

From a rumor I saw on the internet, D3 comes out on the 29th of November...just 18 days past Skyrim. Of course, I am a megafan of both series. But I think I might delay purchase of D3 until after Christmastime, so I have a month and a half to two months strictly on Skyrim. How is everyone else going to handle the situation?

Also, I read a spy report from somone playtesting the game. It sounded cool to me, but Blizzard ceased and desisted it. HOWEVER...someone made a copy of it and you can find it.

I'm not too inclined to believe a random rumor that came off the internet. So I wouldn't get my hopes up if I were you, and I'm not.

I gave up hope on D3. It's never going to come out. They give us a vague date, and just push it back over and over again.

This is why I don't like WOW, because it takes time away from more important projects.

They have separate teams for WoW, Starcraft and Diablo. So I wouldn't be blaming a specific game.

The Ten Commandments of Diablo III

You start the game with only two hotkeys for active skills, then another slot opens up at level six, then twelve, then eighteen, then twenty four. Thus, hitting those milestones drastically changes how many options you have to hand and how complex and varied your combat strategy can be.

That sounds really odd.

I don't know how other people feel about this but I find it really.. weird how poor D3 actually looks like.
They spent so much time and etc working on it but it just reminded me of D2 but with slightly better graphics. And before 50 people post "well its called DIABLO u no".. yeah but it could still look a bit.. more interesting. I watched that Gladiator (or whatever) video and it was pretty boring. 50 mobs spawn, you aoe them with thunderclap and other WoW abilities, they die.. great.

I wouldn't be suprised if it did come out in Novemeber because the starcraft 2 beta lasted a few months before the actual game was released.

It's just typical practice for Blizzard. They don't come out earlier than 3 years after annoucement. Although Starcraft: Ghost was quite a surprise back then.

Pretty sure it's going to come out in 2012. And I've heard a rumor that you will have to pay monthly for Diablo 3. If this is true, I'll not be buying it. I really hope it isn't true. :shakehead:

Diablo 3 only just hit invite Beta and they've only just started to show some of the stuff. It won't come out for another year IMO.
