Xbox 360 third party controller?

I was wondering how many people play with a third party 360 controller. If so which one and do you like it? Is it worth paying the extra cash if you already have a working Microsoft one? And which if any is considered the best?

The problem I have is I svck at aiming. I tend to move my thumb too much and my aim goes wildly side to side. Part of the problem is the sticks on the controller are very loose, so I was looking at this first stick that lets you adjust the risistance and I wondered if that might help with aiming. It also has two extra bumper buttons.

The second one has two buttons on the bottom that reduce the sticks sensitivity when pressed which would help with aiming a great deal but they look like they're in an awkward position.

I've read reviews on both controllers and they're generally positive, except one user review that said the Onza wore out and broke after a couple of months. So I'd love to hear from anyone who's used either of these controllers. What do you think?

Thank you very much guys.

Get the Blackops Precision aim controller, a friend of mine has it and I use it at his house, works like a dream compared to most 3rd party controllers  really smooth movement unlike my old, glowing green 3rd party controller where the aim jumps around like...something that jumps a lot...
