Problem with the E-mail registration ;/

Alright, so I guess I dont need to mention I'm a huge fan of Fallout series (who here isn't ;)), and as soon as I noticed the registration for the beta version year back on holidays I was like a freakin kid looking at a shelf full of candies( or whatever ;d). I typed all the information required and awaited the newsletter....1hour...2 hours...3hours, I even waited a couple of days, still nothing. Even when retried a couple of times in later days I had nothing as result. I forgot about it for about a year, and recently once again tried to get the newsletter, still without a success. I even changed to a 2 different domains, still no success. Recently a friend of mine, as an admin of some other email domain, checked for me what might be going on with no incoming newsletters. And from his information turns out gamesas might be dealing with some Reverse DNS problems. Here are parts of the logs:

Aug 25 14:06:42 zimbra postfix/smtpd[24929]: warning: 74.100.228.245: hostname static-74-100-228-245.lsanca.dsl-w.verizon.net verification failed: Name or service not known
Aug 25 14:06:42 zimbra postfix/smtpd[24929]: NOQUEUE: reject: RCPT from unknown[74.100.228.245]: 450 4.7.1 Client host rejected: cannot find your hostname, [74.100.228.245]; from= to= proto=ESMTP helo=

When asked with the command on linux:
> host 74.100.228.245
We get the response:
245.228.100.74.in-addr.arpa domain name pointer static-74-100-228-245.lsanca.dsl-w.verizon.net.

There is a verification of the host, which is a negative

So yeah, that's basically it. I would be grateful for some help. Maybe tell me the name of your e-mail domain which you had no problem to register with, maybe you got any other ideas?
I am basically pissed off, because there seems to be nobody else dealing with the same problem ;d
To be honest, I have no idea, what is going on, so yea, maybe you can help me ;)
Thanks in advance :)

I'll forward your post to our tech guy. Thanks for the report and sorry to hear of your troubles.

Edit: Got an email back from our tech guy. It's a problem on Verizon's end, and we're following up with them.
