I see someone else had an idea just like my previous post, I guess I should have added that for this concept of guild hired mercs ext, requires areas of open pvp.... which should make up the a good percentage of the map. Shoot even player cities should be open pvp.... BUT they should have a system similar to EVE where npc police will Pwn anyone who tries to raid a town.

The survival mentality MUST be represented in this game....or else you lose the fallout fan crowd... Dont turn this game into a generic Themed replicate of the prevailing titles....that would be tragic. Games that use that old standby will pull in the initial kidde crowd, but they wont have much staying power, they wont have the loyal community, they wont have what SWG had pre-nge. Fallout has a HUGE following, it will overcome WOW in popularity(in the U.S and Canada) ONLY if it is true to the survivalist concept.
Say No to instanced dungeons, No to arena pvp, no to boss lairs, this game doesnt need that, it needs constant pvp, constant struggle for guild supremecy. It also needs innovation beyond anything known now, in order to mantain balance and fairness in this type of environment.

Also I pray you devs dont plan on point and macro combat....cause that attitude ladies and gentalmen royaly svcks!!
