Conversation for Dum-Dums

I have to ask a very, very important question regarding the Fallout Online potential for low-intelligence characters;
Will there be a return to the fantastically glorious writing of Fallout 1 & 2 where low-intelligence characters have the most thoroughly hilarious conversation options?

I ask this because I've never spent so much time doubled up in laughter in my life. I recall, from those decades past (Alright, so I think it was about 1999 when I discovered the Fallout universe), that simply getting through Klamath was utterly impossible, due to being consistantly paralysed with amusemant; fantastic lines such as "GRINK! *Give man pretty leaf now*" and the actually intelligible conversations with Torr, all of the low-intelligence options were utterly amazing. Sure, it meant you had to punch or shoot everything to get what you wanted, but isn't that the idea of being low-intelligence? Not only did I actually miss these conversation lines from Fallout 3 and Fallout New Vegas (but you can't blame Bethesda for not doing a damned good job of making a 3D Fallout world), as it appears that intelligence is now nothing more than a roll for speech, science and repair checks, which detracts from the game in quite large amounts.

I for one would love to see the return of dum-dums, and sincerely hope that gamesas is considering writing for these options in Fallout Online.
