Playing primitive games until RAGE : Othor Games

Over the last couple of weeks, the vast majority of games I've been playing have all been made in the 90's. The reason I'm doing this is to get used to the blocky pixellated graphics so that once RAGE comes in the mail and it's installed on my hard drive, I will be blown the :swear: away once I start it up. Doom, Doom 2, Quake 2, and Duke 3D mostly. I may cheat a lil bit here and there with Quake 4.

Your so right im playin Doom2 and 3 for nearly the same reason, i also wanna get close to the spirit of id games for the release of their new shock! Cant wait really.

I play Quake II, Redneck Rampage and Kingpin. Best games ever!

Hmm i dont know what your playing quake 2 with but quake 2 looks pretty smooth still with my 2 voodoo 2's in sli.

I miss the quake 2 community from back in the 90's.... :confused:

I'm playing Quake 2 on my 360 (Quake 4 bonus disc)... It actually looks pretty smooth and I love that it's widescreen.
