I don't know if this has been covered before so pardon if it has, but is there a way to tell my team (for campaign play) to ALL focus on an objective?! Them running around like cracked out squirrels just isn't working for me. Thanks in advance

No there's not each player is supposed to use the objective wheel to know what they should be doing. The BOTS are supposed to emulate that.

Short answer- no.
Long answer- The reason being that the bots are supposed to assist you, like the Marines in Halo, they are not meant to play the game for you, meaning that in order for the bots to push up the line, you must advance first. This is Particularly painful if the Enemy bots have spawn-trapped you, as the Friendly bots are useless in this situation.
