Thats the back of the Settlers Assault Rifle, but there is another pistol that some of the AI are holding, whether you can have it or not remains to be seen.

Apparently, you cannot pick up enemies weapons why they die and drop them... seems a bit odd if you ask me.

That's so stupid, if you kill something you should be able to loot the corpse of armor and weapons.
