Game Settings wont recognize my monitor resolution

Ok, so here is the problem.. I decided to play Fallout NV again, so I re-installed it. I have not made ANY changes to the computer since this install. The game runs fine, and played fine for many hours. Then the other day, I tried to load the game up, and I was told that My monitor does not support the resolution chosen, and kicked me out. SO, I checked the resolution, and it no longer gives me the option of 1680x1050, which is my monitors normal res. I find it odd, and am not sure if the issue is NV, or nvidia. I have tried to update my Nvidia drivers, but they are all current. What makes it even more odd, I have several monitors (2 at any time) installed. So, when i choose cards (both are actually the same card with 3 outs), the options for my secondary monitor, show a 1680x1050 option, but that monitor doesnt support that mode (its not even widescreen..) If anyone could tell me what I should try next, I would be grateful.
