Internet related issues, Will PDF/Powerpoints run on Andriod tablet?

What about music and videos? Can I xfer from Windows to Andriod no problem via data stick?

ALso if I wanna be able to pick up wireless internet with a tablet, what feature do I need to look for?

Is it possible to develop/mod/create Andriod app by just using an Andriod tablet?
