Never having played an Ultima game before, i was browsing through GOG.com when i stumbled upon Ultima IV. I had a hunch it was that huge open ended cRPG, so i picked it up. (It was free anyway)
And right now i'm having a blast playing this lost gem which is , ironically, nowhere to be found on the internet.
So i've been wondering if any of you guys ever played an Ultima game before, and what are your opinions about it.

Jesus christ. Is that how many games there are? I thought there was only 2 or 3 of them.

I've played every last one of them. Though I didn't finish all of them. Awesome series. Graphics are dated by today's standards, but at the time they were top notch along with the audio. They each more than make up for it in terms of story.

There's also the Ultima Online MMO, which for better or worse, should be on the list as well.

I have 7 somewhere but couldn't get into it. UO was great but I found it very tough.

Honestly i wasn't expecting to see anyone who had played an Ultima, let alone the entire damn series. I'm just getting started with ultima, i just hope i can play it to the end.
