The problem(s): So today I got a new video card at best buy because my current one isn't cutting now, the video card i got was the ATI Radeon HD 5670, now the graphics card requires a 400w or higher for ati crossfire (is crossfire the dual monitor support?) and from the specs my computer has a 250w power supply now on the box it says recommended 400w power supply or higher does that mean i HAVE to have it and since i don't do you think the video card will run decently without it if it runs?

(other questions/problems): do you think it will handle Skyrim, will it do duel monitors without having two of the same video card and will it run modern games on at least medium settings (2009-2011)
