One of my friends suggested that I get Daggerfall. I looked for DOS emulators but all the sites that I found providing them seemed kind of sketchy. If it even matters, what site would provide a good DOS emulator for download so I can play Daggerfall?

Once you have it, the easiest thing to do would be just to download the game from http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Daggerfall:Files (first file).

Dosbox definitely, I played both Arena and Daggerfall on a really old computer with a 900 MHz processor with it a couple of years ago. Though I had to tweak the settings a little to make it playable.
