Who receives the award for Game of the Year this year? : Othor Games

As the headline says.
Who receives the award for Game of the Year this year? It is and is exceptionally many good games this year especially this autumn / winter season. It is the biggest launch of major titles off all times, certainly as I might remember. And I have BIG problems with to see who runs away with the price ..

Titles such as:
TES: Skyrim
Fifa 12
Battlefield 3
COD: Modern warfare 3
Dark souls
Rage
Batman: Arkham City
Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception
Assassin's Creed: Revelations
Forza 4

All are enough worthy winners, but keep a button on the TES: Skyrim :drool:

really devoted fan issues aside, I'll be very surprised if Bethesda don't walk away with this. It won't be an easy win, as you can see, but Skyrim seems to offer a much broader scope of gameplay. Just my opinion!

Not that I agree with it but I voted COD coz thats most likely going to be the out come as it has been for so long now.
Personally I would prefer to see Skyrim win GOTY as Bethesda deserve it! but if not them then my second choise would be batman.

Considering diablo go delayed to 2012, I think Skyrim of battlefield 3 will take it. But a lot of companies give out GOTY awards. Skyrim will obviously take one.

What a surprise Skyrim's ahead on BGSF

On topic, I think Skyrim, BF3, Uncharted 3 and Gears 3 are the main GOTY contenders. Hopefully, and I'm expecting it, Skyrim will won several (most even?!) of the awards ^_^

I think the game isn't even out yet. :rolleyes: Not that I doubt for a second that Skyrim will walk away with oodles of "awards" though. Uncharted 3 will probably be the recipient of quite a few and Dark Souls may get a nod or two.
