Hello, I randomly remember a movie from many, many years ago. Alas the name escapes me.

It involved a family going to what seemed to be a 5-Star hotel, And the kids got turned into little mice that roamed around the hotel
I can also remember this lady eating something or something happening to her and her turning into this foul hairless rat-like creature. I can't remember any actors/actresses. I just remember the mice running around in the wall, a Kitchen scene where the chef's were trying to kill the mice. I think I can also recall the mice adding a potion to the stew, causing the aforementioned lady to morph.
And also the mice could talk.
