when ever i look at the video footage released i cant help but think borderlands

what is the difference in this game compared to it

what does rage have
that borderlands does not have

other than better graphics and wep

At least three major things that I see diffeent outside of graphics and weapons:
1. A fantastic storyline with 15-20 hours for the main story depending on skill level a play style (not sure if that includes side quests)
2. Great music and sound effects
3. Multiplayer vehicle combat racing as well as upgradable vehicles to help explore the wasteland while traveling to various quest areas

I never played Borderlands beyond a few minutes at a friends house. They cartoony graphics never appealed much to me, but I did like the interjections from the odd little robot.
