OK, I've played the PC version through.

I've look at the manual that came with the game and the game's "readme" file is no help.

Is there a more detailed list of choices when starting a game :unsure:

Please, Single Player, explanations for:

• Gamer = ?
  
• hardcoe = ?
  
• Old School = ?
  
• Charger Arena = ?
  
• Collapse Hall = ?
  
• Demon Aaren = ?

The game manual has to be the poorest I've seen.
