So I had this game a LONG time ago, like 8 years ago, for the original xbox, and it was a game where you drove cars mainly. The game placed throughout the China, in real life places, and you could crash the cars really badly and you could unlock cars by doing crazy stuff, the game had amazing graphics for the time and the damage you could do to the environment was far before its time. The fire in the game also looks quite real and had a wavy glossy effect to it. :shrug:

The game had a main story, and it had to do with the Yakuza. Cars would chase you, black cars, that had Yakuza in them. The name of the game was..Wrecked, or Reckless, or something like that, but that's not it because every time I google any variant of it I get 0 results. I'm not sure if it was Xbox exclusive either.

Need for Speed?

Nope. But I can't give that list much credibility as the "most popular xbox games" considering some of the titles in it haha..

This was a pretty popular game. Very ahead of it's time and every review it got said it had the best graphics to date. It was ported to the ps3 too I think but it was full of glitches and the FPS was horrible.
And no, it wasn't Need for Speed. It was set in Hong Kong and had to do with the Yakuza.
